Your photo, your rights

You confirm that the photo you upload is of you, or of an adult who has explicitly agreed to this use, and that you have the right to use it. You must not upload a photo of a public figure, a celebrity or a politician.

What the clips are

Every clip from Bama Bound AI is AI-generated. None of them is original footage, and no real person appears in any of them.

You must label the clip as AI-generated when you post it, and you must not present it as real footage or as an official University of Alabama announcement.

Independence from the University of Alabama

Bama Bound AI is an independent creative tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the University of Alabama, its Board of Trustees, or the creators of the original Bama Bound posts. Bama Bound and Bama are trademarks of the Board of Trustees of The University of Alabama, and they are used here only to describe the trend the clip imitates.

The sign in the clip is a trend-inspired visual. Nothing you make with this site is an offer of admission, an acceptance announcement, or official University of Alabama material.

The consent checkbox

Before generating, you confirm the photo is of you or of an adult who authorised this use, that it is not a public figure, and that you accept these terms. That confirmation is stored with the order.

Payment

Each clip is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no recurring billing. A payment covers one generated clip. The price for the clip you are buying is shown on the generator's own page before you pay. The amount in your PayPal receipt is the amount that applies to your order.

No guarantee on a specific result

These clips are generated by a model. Every render differs, and no specific result is promised. If a clip does not come out the way you wanted, that is not in itself a fault — see Bama Bound AI photo tips for the usual causes and fixes.
